ORION professionals are dedicated to the design and production of high quality insulation for all types of industrial and process tubing and pipe. Utilizing Aerocel tube and sheet insulation, Orion can fabricate a wide variety of shapes and assemblies. Aerocel is closed cell and effectively retards the flow of moisture.

Using our custom cutting capabilities, standard shapes such as90 degree, 45 degree and custom elbows can be fabricated. In addition, Tees, and manifolds can be fabricated, as well as tubes with arc interface ends.

Insulation can be fabricated for tubing ranging from 0375" ID to 6" ID. Standard wall thicknesses are 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1".

Aerocel Pipe Insulation in 3/8". 1/2", 3/4" and 1" thicknesseshas a flame spread rating of 25 or less and a smoke developed rating of 50 or less as tested by ASTM E 84 "Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials.
