Orion Industries Incorporated has
its early roots in the design and manufacture of screens for smoke
detector applications. Since that time we have expanded our expertise
to cover a wide range of mesh sizes and materials including:

Brass, copper, aluminum
& steel wirecloth
· Expanded metal foils, in aluminum or stainless steel
· Engineered nylon or polyester mesh
In addition to this, Orion
provides flexible, polyurethane filter foam to remove dust and
contaminating particles from the air, gases and liquids in a variety of
applications. The open pore skeletal structure provides low air
resistance ideal for use in computers, electronic instruments and other
appliances. Filter foam is produced in a variety of pore sizes from 5
to 100 pores per linear inch (ppi). Thicknesses range from 0.125" to
1.00". Certain thickness are UL listed under classification UL94_HF-1
and UL900, Class 2.
